Return Policy
All drapery, velvet bedding, Dupioni silk bedding and satin bedding orders are custom made,so sales are final. You will be charged a 50% deposit upfront and the balance will be charged when your order is shipped. Drapery hardware can be returned but you will be charged a 25% restocking fee. All other items must be returned within 15 days of receiving them. Please ship all returns to:
